Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday through Sunday).

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM GST are dispatched on the same day.

Delivery Timelines & Shipping Rates

• Standard Express Delivery: 1–2 Business Days across all Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain).

• Shipping Fee: Flat AED 15 on standard orders.

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over AED 150.

Payment & Delivery Options

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders across the UAE with no additional handling fees.

• Card & Installment Payments: Instant processing for Credit/Debit Cards, Tabby, and Tamara.
